It appears that whenever there's a new British coin, the queen has to do a proclamation about it. So here's the one about the new Dickens coins (in PDF format). It includes a description of what they'll look like, and get this: They'll have the inscription "SOMETHING WILL TURN UP" around the edge. I love it!
