On Tuesday, October 14, The Folio Society will release a new limited edition (only 350 copies available) of A Christmas Carol. The website reports, “Bound in leather with golden edges and housed in a festive clamshell box, it features atmospheric illustrations by Sarah Coomer.” You can get a sneak preview of some of those illustrations here, here, and here. The book also has an introduction by Simon Callow. If you happen to have $525 (plus shipping) burning a hole in your pocket and would like a copy, don’t dawdle, because these limited editions tend to sell out quickly!
